Welcome to my site, I hope the information here is helpful in your quest to a better body and overall health. At the age of 50 I am in better shape now then when I was 25.

I created this site for people looking to get into shape and live a longer and healthier life.

We all age, but I am here to tell you don’t have to get old!

People at the gym always ask me how do I have so much energy? How do I build lean muscle at my age? And why don’t I get fat building that muscle?

I have learned a lot over the years as to what works, and what doesn’t. There are a lot of people out there touting that you only have to eat less calories to loose weight, or just lift heavy weights to build muscle. These are all half-truths!

I have actually seen web sites advising people to eat when they are hungry, and drink water when they are thirsty. This is great advice for anyone looking to end up being overweight.

This is one reason I have included my picture, most people giving advice talk the talk, but don't walk the walk.

Unfortunately most personnel trainers are clueless, anyone that’s around the age of 25 can easily tell you how they stay in shape. It’s not to hard when your body is working with you, but after 25 your hormones start to change and there goes you metabolism.

Next thing you know what worked before doesn’t work anymore, and you’re wondering what went wrong?

Each and every person is unique, your genetics, body type, type of work, work schedule, hormones, diet. They all have an effect on you staying healthy, and in shape.

If being in shape was that easy we wouldn’t be an obese society, a calorie isn’t a calorie any more, there is so many chemicals and toxins added to our food and water that it’s a full time job just keeping up with the ever changing language on the labels.

Do you ever read the labels on the foods you buy?

Do you have a clue what you are really eating?

I don't use or believe in the use of steroids. I stand before you as positive proof that what I tell you here gets results.
